Kailua High School Athletic Department is currently looking for a Head Coach for Varsity Girls Volleyball and Varsity Girls Water Polo

Varsity Girls Volleyball

This position will be responsible for all aspects of the Girls Volleyball program. Some duties include: compliance with all state, league, and school policies, regulations and procedures, effective delivery of instruction as it relates to teaching/coaching of Volleyball, staffing, monitoring of grades, supervisory responsibilities, character development, and developing a productive and positive relationship with the school and community. Be able to do any duties asked of by the Principal and Athletic Director. 
 
Minimum requirements: Previous coaching experience, high school level preferred, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certified, conducts self in an ethical and professional manner, handles administrative responsibilities appropriately and effectively, and is able to communicate effectively with all role groups and work well with people.
