Mid-Pacific Institute is accepting applications for Head Coach positions in the following programs: Canoe Paddling (Boys), Judo (Sensei), Swimming, Sailing, Kayaking, and Slideline Cheer

The Head Coach is responsible for leading and developing student-athletes within the assigned athletic program at the Middle and/or High School level. Responsibilities include planning and conducting practices, preparing the team for competition, recruiting and mentoring assistant and lower-level coaches as needed, and collaborating with the Athletic Department to foster a competitive, positive, and well-rounded program.

In addition to coaching responsibilities, the Head Coach provides leadership and supervision to coaching staff within the program and supports the growth and development of student-athletes.
