Jennifer Uehara had 18 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks as the Eagles beat the Falcons, who hit 10 3-pointers.
Taili Iinuma’s 3-pointer pulled Kalani within 46-43 with about 30 seconds remaining.
Hawaii Baptist put it away by going 4 of 6 from the line over the final 26 seconds.
Lauren Sumida added 10 points and Hayley Dixon had nine points for the Eagles.
Hawaii Baptist will play No. 2 seed Kamehameha-Hawaii in a quarterfinal game today at 5 p.m. at Kalani.
Haley Omiya scored 15 points, including four 3-pointers. Carly Kakuda hit three 3-pointers and finished with 13 points.
Kalani will play the loser of McKinley in a consolation game today at 3 p.m. at Kalani.
